Ka-Pow Authentics certifies that items obtained through pre-order have been signed by the celebrity mentioned. Delivery dates are estimates, and items are not guaranteed to be delivered by the dates specified.
No cancellations or refunds, except in the event that the celebrity cancels the signing event. In the case that the celebrity reschedules, you will have the option to request a refund or wait until the signing takes place. Any pre-orders that are purchased, and Ka-Pow Authentics is subsequently unable to obtain signatures on items, will be refunded via the original payment method. Ka-Pow Authentics is not liable for any cancellations that may occur.
Some pre-order items are vintage and are not guaranteed to be in mint condition. We strive to provide the highest quality product possible. We get it, we're collectors too!
