You will be charged at checkout for Send-In items. You are paying for the celebrity signature and authentication service, NOT for an item itself. You must send us an item you already own when using this option. By completing the checkout process, you are acknowledging that you will not receive the item back until after the scheduled signing event has taken place.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Ka-Pow Authentics. Ka-Pow Authentics is not liable for any damage to items incurred during shipping. It is highly recommended that customers purchase shipping insurance for high-value items.
All items must be received by Ka-Pow Authentics prior to the delivery due dates listed for each item in order to guarantee items will be signed by celebrities at conventions. Items received after specified due dates will be returned to customer without celebrity signatures or authentication.
Any personalization requests will be handled on an individual basis. We will make every attempt to get names, quotes, specific colors or other requests on your item, but we cannot guarantee items will have personalized requests. We only guarantee the autograph is authentic.
Ka-Pow Authentics is not responsible for cancellation of celebrity guests at conventions. In the event that Ka-Pow Authentics has already received an item for a celebrity, and that celebrity cancels, Ka-Pow Authentics will ship the item back to the customer and refund the authentication fees paid. Customer will still be responsible for return shipping cost.
